Terms & Conditions - General

Please note in most cases we only act as agents for tour operators, consolidators, airlines, accommodation suppliers and car hire operators. Terms and conditions of each operator apply.

Airfares included as part of air-inclusive vacation prices are guaranteed when we receive full payment. Vacation prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable.

Payment/Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit which is variable, is required for departures more than ten weeks away. Bookings within 4 weeks of departure require full payment to be made at time of bookings, which is not refundable in the event of cancellation. When a final balance is paid to us after the due date we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Flight Timings

Please check all documentation and tickets as soon as received and notify us of any discrepancy. We cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of discrepancies within 24hours of dispatch.

Passport, Visas, etc.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all travel documents, necessary visas, and health requirements.

All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
